Hickory & Oak was born around the Chef’s Table. For Josh it was the idea of the most intimate dining experience possible that drove him to create the restaurant featuring this table. We are Bowling Green’s first and only Chef Table Experience.
How it works:
This is not something you walk in and decide to do one night. Reservations must be made at least two weeks out. Chef Josh will call you and discuss your food preferences and from there create a completely custom curated meal to your liking. The menu will remain a surprise until the night of service.
For the evening we recommend you plan at least TWO HOURS for the experience. The menu is likely to incorporate several courses and several drink pairings.
The table can sit 6-8 people and carries a $1000 minimum.
